  1. What is comference?

  2. Nure's are a part of a professional medical team ( I have gone completely blank over the correct title).

So therfore all medical personal such as Dr's, Nurses, Physio's, Dietician's, Social Worker's etc contribute to the working as a team for the best outcome for the patient.

Depending on where you work, Nurse's do have conference calls.

How else can they have up-to-date information on the patients and give accurate treatment?

I myself have atteded medical conference meetings in person to discuss a patient's treatment in person.

So it would not be unusual for your Nurse friend to state this about the calls.

Why do you think though it would only be Doctor's?
