Do ohio columbus public school offered preschool class?

My son now he is going to be 4 year now, so i want to know that he can join any public school or not we are staying in columbus ohio .If it is plz suggest me where can i join him and the website of the school and the fees amount(or) send me the best school for his age and jane's montessori school is best or not
