I dont pay much attention to screen names here, but I was on myspace searching for a specific someone from my home town and part of the search parameters was 40 and older. And 99% of those people, used their real name instead of a screen name.

  1. Ya i noticed that too.. I just dont think they care or dont know what else to use. Im sure they dont want to sit there and think of a nickname.. so they just use thier real name..

  2. Not only that but I've figured it works the other way around, too. Teenagers who use their real names definitely think like adults. In a more mature, sometimes old-fashioned way, even conservative.

So older people with nicknames would probably be trying to feel young again, looking for fun time...

  3. No.  My name is unique in the UK.  plenty of people share my names between them but I've checked and I'm the only one with that exact spelling and configuration.

Plus names have power... muahahahaha etc etc
