Hello,
I am really very veryyyy skinny and underweight, i decide to watch and count my calories intake everyday and trying to eat everything. I know i should eat lot of protein food, etc... but also i am adding to my calories this food which have lot of calories in small amount, so when i cook i add to my food 1 tablespoon butter and for my salad i put like 6 tablespoon olive oil. Do you think this helps? do you think i should count the butter in cooked food in my calories intake? should i count olive oil also?
