  1. u still sweat under water but not as much, cause u can feel ur body heating up, but the water cools u mostly


  2. i used to lose 3-4 pounds of water weight during a 2 hour swim practice, which is really the same amount that I lose spending 2 hours on my road bike. The pool does help to keep you cool, but I always found myself overheating when training hard.

  5. All swimmers sweat! swimming, as well as water polo are sports that have a lot of movement and action, so like runners and football players, swimmers and water polo players sweat. You just can't see it because they are already all wet. They also get dehydrated during races and games. It is often hard to tell that you are dehydrated when you are in a pool of water.
