Do online blackjack gambling sites randomly deal out cards?

Or does it shuffle the deck and play it out? Aka is card coutning possible?

It does not shuffle, but uses a random number generator (RNG).  I don't think there is a big "shoe" like you'd see in a real casino, I don't believe you will see the same card show up in one hand (like there might be the off chance if you were using multiple decks).  Card counting might be possible, though I'd imagine significantly less effective.
