Well just take the money out and uninstall the software and you're essentially closed.  You still will be on their mailing list and you can ask to be removed but if that's what you're after then you can just block them if you have spam software which pretty much everyone needs these days.  If you want you can email them and tell them to close your account as well although there's no real benefit in this and people just go away and don't come back which is pretty much the same thing.

    Self-exclude or uninstall are really the only actions needed. Good luck with the spam, but other than from affiliates, it will go away if you self-exclude. Self exclusion is only for quitting gambling as it may affect you at other sites, depending on the group and your jurisdiction.
