  1. I assume you mean udders, and no males have residual mammary glands in cattle just like humans.  By the way if it is a female it is either a cow or a heifer and both of them definitely have udders.  More developed after they have their first calf.

  2. the term "cow" signifies that the animal is a female. period. a "cow" in the sense that you're talking is a female cattle. The male cattle is called the bull, and no bulls have udders. so yes, only female CATTLE have udders.

  3. Cows is th female of the species and will have utters where milk is store for the offspring or milked for humans to consume.  Bulls are male and have testes which produce sperm. Bulls can not produce milk

  4. There is no such thing as a non female cow. Cows are female ox's or something, oh c**p I know nothing about it. But I know that cows are females of a bull and the males are called oxs maybe :S, sorry not sure ><

  5. Males don't have them because they do not need to produce milk. Only the females of all mammalian species produce milk to feed their young.

BTW, a male cow is a bull

  6. "Utters"? I assume you mean udders - the parts which give milk? Since it's only female mammals that produce milk, yes it's only females that have udders, but all cows are female - the word cow refers to female cattle, buffalo, bison, whales, elephants, certain deer species, etc. Where the females are called cows, males are called bulls. Bulls do have non-functional nipples, like male humans, but the udders are the large mammary glands to which the nipples are attached in cows - bulls do not have these.

  7. Yes, only female males (bulls) have none

(They messed up in "The Barnyard)
