Do-or-die for Central Districts: Champions League T20
Central Districts will play the Warriors in the first game of the second Super-Saturday of this year’s Champions League T20 at Port Elizabeth. The game is a day game and will start at 11:30 GMT.

A win here for the Warriors will tighten their berth in the semi-finals of the Champions League T20. But if the Central Stags win, they will have an outside chance of qualifying for the semi-final, and more importantly, it will throw the group wide open.

The Port Elizabeth track has been one of the lowest scoring tracks in the tournament, and the batsmen have had difficulties. What has made it more interesting is that neither side possesses a batting line-up to marvel about, which could have a bearing on the
number of runs that are scored in the game.

The Central Districts lost two of their bowlers in the previous game, and it has had its affect on the side. The Central Districts side has been badly handicapped by the loss of certain players, specifically Adam Milne and http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Mitchell-McClenaghan-c1975. Hopefully, one
of the two players injured recovers in time for the game.

The batting was managed well in the last game by the Captain Jamie How, but it would be fair to say that he was the sole contributor.

The Playing Eleven:

Peter Ingram, Jamie How, Matthew Sinclair, http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Doug-Bracewell-c1394, Adam Milne, Kieran Noema-Barnett, George Worker, Seth Rance

Players to watch out for:

It is time for the experienced pro, Matthew Sinclair, to get some runs for his team.

The Warriors will be full of confidence after having beaten the favourite team of the tournament, the Victorian Bushrangers. But they would do well to acknowledge that in a tournament and like this, complacency can hit hard.
The batsmen need to keep up their performance even in these stiff conditions. Davey Jacobs was the star of the previous game, as he had come out firing all cylinders, but everyone else will need to take equal responsibility – including Ashwell Prince, who
has lately looked out of form.

The Playing Eleven:

Davey http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Makhaya-Ntini-c73953, Lonwobo Tsotsobe

Players to watch out for:

It is the bowling that could do well on this surface and one senses that http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Juan-Theron-c69586 will be the one to watch out for.
