Do ouija boards really work!?

Im sooo curious cause some people say they do...and some ppl say they dont!

what do they really do?

Ouija and other types of board or table layout tools such as inverted wineglass and lettered cards are tools that a medium uses to communicate with "spirits".  The defintion of spirits is up to the medium, as each is a specialist, but usually means spirits of the deceased.  

It has its history in ancestor worship that predates Christianity.  Halloween is the last remnant of this faith of ancestor worship and caretaking of the disembodied spirit.  

Personally, I have never seen a Ouija board actually work, at least, not with two people having their hands on the planchette.  One person, in a trance, would have a lot more chance at making it work.  "How to trance" is beyond the scope of my post, but it's not that big a deal, low level trances are commonly called "zoning out."

Well, some people can make it seem like they work.  However, the ouija board is just a game that you can buy in most toy stores and department stores, an ordinary piece of wood or plastic or cardboard.  It has no supernatural powers.  The people using the ouija board make it work.  It plays on your mind and imagination and your susceptibilities and beliefs and fears.  It can be scary because the imagination is a powerful thing, and can make you believe just about anything.  Here are a couple of links that discuss ouija boards and how to use them.

I believe they work.  I have had strange things happen in my home since I used one.  I advise you to use a protection item or ritual before using one! :)

listen...they do work...they need experience to be meddled with...their dangerous...you need to be careful with them, ok?

I'm not absolutely sure, but I think they do! There are too many stories out there. I wouldn't play with one if I were you!

Yes they really work.  I would hope you would be wise enough to not use one.  They send out open invitations to any spirits.  Mainly the lower dimensional ones.  Which are demonic.  Please dont use one.  If you do may god be with you.

Ouija Boards are DANGEROUS! I have been a Paranormal Investigator for 16 years. There have been SO MANY times we've been called out to houses that used to be warm, friendly places until somebody got the bright idea to play with the Ouija board.

Using one of these is an open invitation to any spirit to come and live in your house. Most of the time, these are inhuman spirits from the lowest echelons of the spirit world who exist to create misery. Once, the owners became so desperate that they burned the whole d**n house down. No one has rebuilt there so I do not know if it worked or not.

Many people will say I am wrong because they've used them and had nothing bad happen. Could be, but why go looking for trouble?
