No, both have no clearly defined ends.

Leaving the galaxy would require about 300 km/s eject velocity, which is far outside current technology, but not impossible - sun already orbits the core of the galaxy with 220 km/s, so you only need about 100 km/s, which is still way faster as most spacecraft we had been able build.

The universe is a different problem. It has no border, that might stop you, but a horizon, you can't reach. It is very likely that even a potential faster-than-light technology might not enable you to find a border of the universe, because of this nature of the universe.

What we see as frontier (the background radiation) is only our own, personal frontier, caused by the time the radiation needed for traveling to us. We can't look far beyond this frontier, but that does not apply to observers in other galaxies - they see a different horizon.

Everyone always says the universe is endless however it is growing and is growing faster now then it was before due to black energy. so i wonder if the universe is endless then how is it that it is growing something endless in my mind couldn't grow or expand. anyone using real reason would probably agree. however most of the time when i ask the question to someone in the Field of astronomy i find they answer the question in circles that make no seance and if you are bold enough to tell them that they will use their education to say why they understand and you dint. in my opion there as bad as a political leader in this country trying to get answers from.

Our galaxy don't have any kind of borders.

However scientists reckon that the Universe isn't endless space and that the Universe has borders.But what kind of borders and could we pass them nobody knows
