Do our laws protect bullies?

..and thereby encourage it?

just think...how can you stop workplace bullying, like people who are out there to ruin your reputation, put you to shame, set you up, put you down (under "freedom of speech"), complain about you to others, tell others to not talk to you etc etc.

morally, violent measures can put an end to that kind of stuff, but violence is only acceptable as self-defence.

evidence for this kind of treatment is really difficult to file, so the perpetrator normally gets away, at the expense of the victim's everyday life

so..do you agree that the law protects and encourages bullying?

  1. No, there is no law that prevents someone from reporting a bully to his/her boss. Bullying lowers productivity. No one wants this.

OHHH I think our laws protect the criminals for real.  Above is an article for dealing with a bully in the workplace and you can type that in the search engine.  Other articles came up too.  Do some reading and learn how to beat the bully at his/her game.
