Do pacsun skinny jeans shrink?!!?

do the hermosa super skinny ones shrink??

there 99% cotton and 1% spandex.

there kinda big where my thighs are:/

but they fit good around the waist.

will they shrink or should i just take them back.

no they will shrink at least mine did and i got it one size to big. i washed it and then dried it and they shrunk, if you dont want them to shrink then hang them on a clothes line.
