Do paper cups, like the ones used in bathrooms, leak any chemicals or anything?

It OK to drink from these, or use them to wash your eyes out? Do they have any possibility of leaching any kind of chemical or dye (the interior is plain white) into water that is inside them?

They have a coating of wax on them, so no, nothing will leech out.

I can't recommend washing your eyes out with them, but they are tested by the US Food and Drug Administration to ensure that they are food grade.
