  1. who's parents? the grandparents of the baby or the parents of the baby?? if the parents the obviously otherwise who will tell the doctor. if you mean the grandparents(your parents) then no they dont have to be there

  2. you can hint to any nurse and they will get rid of anyone and everyone in your room, you just let them know and they get em out, this is all about you and that lil bundle, everyone else will just have to be patient, big hugs

  3. I never had to tell anyone, when you fill out the paper work for the birth certificate you just write it down, you sign it and than the father signs it.  I'm not sure if you are asking this because you don't want them to know the last name, or they have a disagreement with it.  But they are usually pretty private it about it.  and that will give you time to tell your parents when you want to.

  4. you don't tell the Dr.

You'll fill out the birth certificate paperwork after the baby is born and before you leave the hospital.  Their should be a birth register section in the hospital.

Everything will be done under your last name while you two are there.
