  1. Yeah.  They do.  Mine did until I was like 13yo.

  2. Gudovac Hello - Great Q since many peeps feel watching TV &/ or Internet is harmless.  Maybe it is but do they or kids feel there r things not good or apropriate 4 kids. Some kids, & adults need super vision to prevent malicious activity.  We may see native pics in National Geographic. Did you know some kids show p**n found to his friends. Kids will try things that may not b safe. Adults need to explain & guide them to adult hood.

  3. Monitoring the Internet is intended for the safety of the child. While it is true some parents take it to the point of invading privacy and locking down their children, the purpose of monitoring and blocking the Internet is most importantly for safety purposes.

This type of software is of course not for a 17 year old kid who want to chat with friends and surf the Internet; this software is intended for 9 year old kids who type "doggy" in Google and pull up pages and pages of p**n sites. This is also for kids who do not understand that not everything is what it seems on the Internet, especially people. It is not however supposed to take over the responsibility of the parent to teach their kids how to use the Internet properly.

Ultimately it is up to the parents to decide how to use the software. One great tool to use for protection is Sentry Parental Controls.
