Do parents really not know all the stuff we do?

I mean to parents really think we are these innocent, perfect people. Some parents are so clueless. They have no idea what their children are up too. My mom pretty much trusts me so I respect that, but there are parents who think there kids are so much better than other peoples kids and they are like tweice as bad. What's the deal?

welcome to the community i live in .parents give their kids their own cars and their never home.my parents trust me some times even though they can cause i have never done any thing bad.i ask if i can spend the night and my mom is like ....as long as your not going to sneak out with boys and she was serious so some times it like the bad kids get trusted and the good ones don't lol

Parents aren't as dumb as you think..after all they were kids once to!!! Ever thought your parents aren't saying anything because they are hoping you make the right decision????

Lol, I agree. I am going into the 7th grade and I know kids who smoke and do drugs.....My parents hear about this kind of stuff like in the news, but they just laugh and say, "They're in 7th grade, they dont even know what drugs are"

This is one of my biggest pet peeves. Its like my mom doesnt let me do ANYTHNG and ive had plenty of oppurtunities 2 do wrong but didnt take them cuz im smarter than that and im jus 15, i dont have time 2 b gettin in trouble rite now. I jus wana have fun wit my friends and b trusted. Im still a virgin BY CHOICE. And u c  other gurlz whose parents let them go and do whatever bcuz they think theyre soo innocent and would never do such a thing and those r tha ones that have s*x wit any boy that comes along. I dont get it. I try 2 do rite and still get treated like im doin wrong

They know.  They know it all.  They might not believe it; they might pretend not to believe it, because they think having it out in the open will make you think it's acceptable; but they know.

When you have kids, you will know too.  When your son spends 30 minutes in the bathroom and you can hear the back of the toilet lid rattling against the wall, you will know he is sitting on the pot, jerkin' his gerkin.  Ask yourself:  Will you let him know that you know?  Or will you pretend to think he was really in the shower the whole time?

Your parents and your friends' parents are doing the same thing.

I KNOW! My mom was trying to talk to me about s*x. She goes "s*x is when......". I'm not stupid! I know these things lol. There was something in a movie, I forget now but it was a joke that was kinda related to s*x. i laughed and my mom goes what are you laughing about? i hate that!!!

and my friends and i met these guys up somewhere. my mom always tells people "oh yea she never had a boyfriend or anything" sureeeeeee she can think that lol
