Do p***s implants create a rigid erection?

I'm 69 yrs young and have a problem maintaining an erection. The idea of having a p***s implant is to create an erection were and when you please, but is it rigid or only up enough to m********e or penatrate ?

Yes, penile implants are specifically to hold an erection.

It's supposed to make the male able to penetrate, but I don't know just how rigid it makes them.    Usually there are two tubes, which run the length of the p***s on either side of the urethra.      A small pump is implanted, which is under the skin, and in the s*****m there's some kind of device that you pump with your fingers to create an erection.

But why not try Viagra?     Ask your doctor about it.    That's specifically why it was created.    I would think that it would be much better than having surgery.
