    If you have shortage of knowledge of some think makes you move forward, you will stagnate, mental disability.

  5. I wouldnt have a problem adopting and kid behind in school because I know I would be able to provide the support to help catch them up on their education!

  6. State laws require children to have schooling.People adopt children with learning disabilities all the time. As far as the parents go most have at least a high school education.No matter if the parents are "educated" or not that does not make a good parent. The gift of child rearing comes with the ability to understand  and respect the child
