  1. Re: Dawkins

Saying that you don't rule out something is not saying you believe it.

One can reject biblical creation without having to propose an alternative.  "Assertions without evidence can be dismissed without evidence."

  2. All evidence points to evolution by natural selection. I don't think or or aliens did it.

I don't think that Mr. Dawkins seriously believes that aliens did  it, if so then that would beg the question where did the aliens come from.

Biblical creation is not a theory (nor is life being seeded by alien lifeforms) because a theory requires evidence and there is none for creationism (or Intellegent Design)

  3. I saw the movie "Expelled" and Richard Dawkins indeed said the he is not against intelligent design but he said it cannot be God/gods.

So some of the people here are not up to speed with their guru

Yes, some people actually believe in the possibility of aliens, but I am not sure if they are willing to abandon their evolutionary THEORY

  4. I believe that there is a possibility that aliens exist, but really, the universe is so vast, we barely know anything about it, so who's to say that light years away there is a far more intelligent race living, and actually watching us because of there advancement over us.

  5. We don't believe in creators, and neither does Richard Dawkins.

Ding, now you're not as stupid as you were 2 minutes ago.  Congratulations!

  6. Yes!  Dawkins believes anyone but God did it, and said aliens are likely responsible for the stamp of intelligent design.

And people listen to that idiot.

There's lots of people who just cannot stand the idea of God, THEY'LL BELIEVE SCIENCE FICTION!

  7. If aliens -an alien -created us, then that alien is what you call "god".  The creator is god of the created.  (I am god of this answer!)

Just don't apply any ridiculous stigma about god (or aliens for that matter) to this answer.  I'm serious.  If they find a shrine to our alien overlords in your closet, I'm taking away your birthday.

Yes, yes we do believe in the theory of evolution.

  8. Sometimes I wish Dawkins would just shut up.

It's not impossible that aliens were somehow involved, I guess.

    I accept evolutionary theory.

BTW, "creation theory" is a misnomer.  Creationism is not a valid accepted scientific theory.

  9. You're overthinking the issue.

I do not believe any diety "designed" us or our world, period.

  10. I dont see why a true scientist would rule out the possibility that someone else seeded the earth for life.

It may be farfetched, but why?  We dont know whats out there.  We can only study and try and figure out what we can and be open to the possibility that we might be wrong.
