Do people come home to get there stuff to go to a foster home or does the foster home provide it?

I need a positive answer.Make sure you know for sure.Please Please Please answer this question although it doesn't seem important it is.

From what I've heard they would provide it if needed, but the folks over at Law Enforcement would know for sure.

Some  times people whom going into Foster care will have things aready there  for them, this most happens when there are kids, but the Fosterparents get help from the county inwhich the kids or children lives in, Adults in Foster mostly and if there level of disable will be cause for diffrent needs and things that whey can buy or get things withthere money.
