  1. Now I do. Suboxone is intended as a nicotine patch / gum, of sorts, for those addicted to opiates (i.e., methadone users). The problem, as with many substances, is that people were injecting it to get high, and SAMHSA (Substance Abuse and Mental Health Administration) knowingly sat back on its heels.

    It's possible that few people know about the acronym HARMD (Helping America Reduce Methadone Deaths). Did you lose someone? Are an addict yourself? I'm interested in your connection.
