The fifteen promises of Mary to Christians who recite the rosary:

13. I have obtained from my Divine Son that all the advocates of the Rosary shall have for intercessors the entire Celestial Court during their life and at the hour of death.

No.  Some religions don't even pray.

I know people from all different religions and yes they all have there own dinner prayers

It's an offering of thanx to God, and in Hinduism an offering of the food to God before partaking in it. Since God created everything and is in all of us.

Probably. I pray 5 times per day but not at meals. I'm sure a lot of people do though. I know Jewish people say a very short prayer before a meal and many Christians prayer before meals.
