Yes definitly but England has such a lot of different dialects depending what part you come from . There is a lot of slang in some places and then there is  what one may call the Queens English .

I think you mean Stratford upon Avon in Warwickshire and yes, as both places are in England, the inhabitants should have their variation on the English or British accent.
