Do people in Canada like degrassi ?

it is a matter of who you ask.The age group etc....Most people I know don't even watch it but as for the original degrassi I knoew a few people who acted in it and I only knew one girls who was crazy about it

american stuff ?? in canada we have the cfl the only place its not as popular is in toronto where the NFl is the more popular league

of course, Degrassi is part of our culture. The original Degrassi High and Junior High were alot better. Degrassi TNG has sort of lost its way in the last few seasons. Its dealing less and less with whats going on at the school and more with completely outrages problems issues that these group of "teens" have to face. Degrassi TNG is actually the fourth version of the show and has just recently gained huge popularity with America.

We love football, we have the CFL "Canadian Football League" which many football fans consider better than the NFL.

I loved the original Degrassi's. The new ones ok. Football is not my thing, I prefer Rugby.
