Do people in europe drive SUVs?

yes of course.  bmw, audi, mercedes, range rover, porsche all make suvs.

Very rarely. Don't get SUVs confused with vans and trucks. I visited Berlin, Prague, and Paris back in November and specifically noticed the lack of SUVs over there. Everyone drives stick over there, too.

Duh. In EVERY country you will see SUVs.

Yes some people do.  But usually only if they are wealthy and don't care about the environment, or if they actually need one e.g. farmer, as petrol (gas) is around $10 per gallon here nowadays!
