Do people in the Phillipines learn English online or in a classroom?

I am starting to teach people online from my home, and wondered if this would be better than actually going to the Philippines next month.

English is the medim of instruction in all Philippines' schools; so obviosly, we learn the English language in a classroom. If you are going to teach English by coming here or online, you'll have mostly expatriates from other Asian countries as students and some Filipinos who want to brush-up their English.

Filipinos learn English by watching too much TV.

it's better for you to go to the Philippines to teach English to kids of Korean expats because you'll be surprised how good the educated Filipinos are in English (the ones who learned from the classroom). i doubt you'll be able to teach online since Filipinos who aren't good in English would rather do something else online.
