I dress nicely, so people automatically assume that I'm a s****. little b*tch.

I'M NOT!!!! I'm an extremely shy, reserved person who likes just about anyone.

I hate stereotypes!

Do people judge you by YOUR clothing? Elaborate and give details.

  1. unfortenately...they do. I dont judge people...i try my best no to assume anything about anyone...it is 75% of the time wrong. However people do seem to judge on clothing.

  2. yes, most of the civilized world would rather look at you and make judgment with out knowing the person under the clothing. I have myself experienced this not but 5 yrs. ago with my last ex-wife. My ex-wife herself would tell me that people do judge you by what you wear and what you say. She is a therapist, dresses real nice , me I'm a commercial fisherman ,dressed not so nice and don't smell to good. I was not dressed like that when we went out , she would dress me , meaning she picked out all my clothing. That was a reason for our separation.

But remember this, Those people that do that are unsure of themselves and need to feel inferior over others. Your inner feelings are more important than any suit of clothing. Love yourself and be happy and let them stay miserable. Hope this helps a little.

  3. omg i have to same thing

people think i'm stuck up because

of the way "walk" lol its sound wierd but like when i'm

  4. People seem to think I'm an extremist and/or terrorist 'cos I wear a black hijab and long jilbab (Muslim woman's dress) or they think I'm oppressed... It doesn't really bother me, it's actually quite funny 'cos I was on a flight to Germany on Lufthansa once and me and my family were the only Muslims/Pakistanis on board the plane and halfway through I had to get up and get my black suitcase out from the overhead luggage compartment to go and change my neice's nappy and all the Germans/white people on the plane got so scared as I was walking with the suitcase towards the toilets at the back of the plane... They probably thought I was about to explode or something, their facial expressions were priceless. And it's all thanks to the good old media. I'm proud of who I am, and the way I dress, it's nobody's business but my own, so you should love and accept yourself as you are, don't care/worry about what other people think, there's so many bigger things to worry about than what other people think about you. And they're probably just jealous of your style anyway.
