Do people love others as they love them self?

Why do people think only about them self and not about others.

Most people I have met r good natured and brotherly at heart, I've been blessed.  There r those who ruin it for the majority but that's the kicker the MAJORITY.  All in all I've met some pretty wonderful people in my lifetime, none like Utahans, I'm from P.R. and CT and believe me I thought I moved to another world when I came out here for a visit that has lasted a year now.  Plus I fell in love with real mountains it's great here come and visit who knows u might get mesmerized like I did.

It is pretty obvious that many people only think of themselves.  Is this true of everyone?  All we can judge by are people's actions.  We can never really know what other people think.
