Do people really drink, "bing bang", and what does it do to you?

Apparently that is gasoline mixed with milk. Winos drink it if they are desperate and have nothing else to do,,,Is it really possible to drink? What does it do?

As far as I know people don't really drink this.  I didn't find much information when I searched for the drink 'bing bang', nor did I find information about people mixing milk with gasoline.

There is a shot called 'bing bang' though, and here's the recipe:

1 oz. Jack Daniels

1 oz. Banana liquor/liqueur
