Do people receiving Indian gaming money claim it on their taxes as income?

If you're asking if most people who win money at Indian casinos claim it on their taxes, the answer is no. But then again, very few  people who play win a substantial amount of money (at least a few thousand dollars) so it's usually no big deal.

Legally, you are supposed to claim any money won at a casino, even if it's a dollar, on your income taxes. But if you didn't win a considerable amount of money gambling in the last year, I would not worry about it.

unless you won enough money from the casino for them to fill out a form called a W2G for you i wouldnt worry about reporting winnings. but it they did a W2G then a copy is sent to the IRS.
