  1. If you're asking if most people who win money at Indian casinos claim it on their taxes, the answer is no. But then again, very few  people who play win a substantial amount of money (at least a few thousand dollars) so it's usually no big deal.

    Legally, you are supposed to claim any money won at a casino, even if it's a dollar, on your income taxes. But if you didn't win a considerable amount of money gambling in the last year, I would not worry about it.


  2. unless you won enough money from the casino for them to fill out a form called a W2G for you i wouldnt worry about reporting winnings. but it they did a W2G then a copy is sent to the IRS.
