    Most nerds working for a company that uses Unix (and most still do for some things) get off on using the command line.

    Linux is not much different than Unix and again most nerds pleasure themselves while using the command line (figuratively speaking...I hope).

  4. Unix is the base for lots of popular technologies.

  5. yes I had one running and only stopped an few months ago when the PSU gave up on it.I could not be bothered to use the machine again
