yes, just because you are in the water doesnt mean that your body tells itself not to sweat because there is already surrounding your body...it your body's natural instinct to cool itself down.

even though you can't feel it most of the time, it definitely happens

which is why you must keep yourself hydrated when you swim.

i know this one kid who weighed herself before and after practice and she lost 10 pounds in water during a practice(from sweat!)

but sometimes, when its hot outside, and youre training really hard, you'll lift your face up and you'll feel sweaty
