no the human liver and kidneys along with the blood stream and the cells of the body are still saturated with alcohol and nothing but time allows it to work its way from the body, by means of urinating,sweating and voiding.

No, as hard as it is to believe, you actually get drunker when you puke. After about 30 minutes to an hour, you will start to become sober.

No, because the toxin is in the body system . It is not that easy to get sober if you scare the h**l out of somebody. They are still going to be wasted.
