of course they do. because you got refused once doesn't mean they'll refuse you again. maybe mcdonalds just thought you wouldn't get on with a current member of staff or that you wouldn't do well in that particular job. If you go into the interview and smile and make eye contact and answer their questions well theres nothing stopping you getting the job in phones4u!
