I am a permanent resident of Canada (Nationality: India) . Do I require US Transit Visa while travelling from Canada to India through US? Thank you for your reply.

    A full answer can be gotten in one minute by you phoning your local MP.

    My guess is that his office will tell you at once or get the info from the ministry of Immigration and let you know. Your MP is your servant and his office is always at your command.


  2. Yes, due to the fact that you are not a citizen of Canada and must use your Indian passport to travel through the US then you will need a Transit Visa.

  3. Yes, unless you immigrated from the US to Canada. Then you  need a US passport.
