  1. Hey listen to this....I was watching a biology video with my friend @ schhol and she was reading her text book and she said testes instead of pesticides and it twas hilarious we like died laughing

It really depends on the specific pesticide and how it is being applied.  But generally, pesticide use is thought to be unsustainable because populations of pests can become resistant to the pesticide.  Then either more pesticide or a different pesticide is needed.  If there are no other alternatives, this could lead to a poor yield for whatever crop is being grown.

    Also, driving down pest populations can harm other populations of animals that depend on those pests for food or other benefits.

    This generally characterizes how pesticides have been used since the 1940s (especially in developed countries), but doesn't mean that there aren't responsible ways to use them.
