well, in a legal way of speaking, they are! - and when you have to answer a stupid customer's questions, who comes to the pharmacy asking which hemorroid cream is more effective for the puffy bags under your eyes or if Tylenol cures syphyllis, then they are retarded-customer dealers too. I certainly admire those who have direct customer contact. hehehe
