  1. Only if they have a PhD, or if they are a medical doctor.


  2. nope.  only Doctor of Medicine gets to be called a doctor and also phd holders get to be caled doctors.

  4. All US graduates now get a Doctor of Pharmacy degree, so, yes, they are entitled to be called doctor.  Same as anyone else who has earned a doctorate degree.  However, most do not insist on it or use it in casual conversation, same as most PhDs, to avoid being mistaken for a physician.

  5. In the UK the pharmacy degree awarded is master of pharmacy, mpharm, so pharmacists in the UK cannot call themselves Dr.
