Do pmr's have any problems out of the box?

i am thinking about getting a pmr and would like to know if they commonly have any major problems

When the PMR first came out, it some had issues with roll back in the chamber, so the eyes wouldn't detect the ball. But those problems were sorted out , and now the pmr is known to come stock problem free.
