  1. No they don't...


  2. No A Police Scanner Allows you to listen to a certain radio frequency that might be police and a radar detector, detects when a radar is in use ONLY, and it will tell you when you are getting closer, but if a cop is not using a radar gn there is no way of knowing where they are
