  3. yes, first of all, any call that comes in 911, goes to the communicators. the communicators enter in all the data in the computer and then dispatch officers to the scene. the officers have radio but they also have laptops in their car, so communicators can send them instant massages. and last but not least the detectives and intelligence unit officers use computers all day, for different reasons. all the forensic investigation is based on computers. the officers contact each other via their laptops. and basically without computers they could do nothing nowadays.

  5. yes if they have stopped you anything in your driving record or arrest history is available to them /also any information on your vehicle registration is available / even if they  have to use radio communication through dispatch
