  1. Generally, no.  One of the first major publications on postmodernism came out in 1979... almost thirty years after the trend was supposed to have started.  And since the 'modern' period of philosophy was around Descartes' time, that means that there were CENTURIES of philosophers who were post-modern before the term ever came into popular use.  We see the same kind of thing with the term 'existentialist' - almost nobody who is considered one called himself by that label.

  2. It depends on the discipline.  But, no most describe themselves in broader terms, social scientist, structuralist, bokononist, etc.  Fortunately, postmodernist have not yet received the same level of stereotyping as feminist or liberal, so some folks still call themselves postmodern.  A neat aside some peeps in academia are calling themselves post-postmodernists- but whatever helps you get published right?

  3. Postmodernism has just never been the same since the exposure of its emptiness by the Sokal hoax:

The postmodernists on university faculties (especially in France and the US) are retiring now, and their replacements think very differently. So I guess you could say postmodernism is passe.
