Pre schoolers can do anything really, well y'know, not rocket science, but they'll give any activity a bash, if it is set at the right level, developmentally, for them :)

maybe----but it is still not good for themas a health factor---looking at a screen for a small child at such a young age.Also reading from a book is so much moreeducational for a small child--and no screen glare.
