  1. no i don't think so. the government is too concerned about targets than REAL education.

  2. it depends. i learnede this stuff in 5th grade, i think. it was a while back ago

  3. Yes , to some extent they learn about the GEOGRAPHY in school , however there is no end to education, u can take them to NATIONAL LIBRARY where u have books , ask them to listen NEWS ( DECENT NEWS NOT LIKE AAJ TAK OR INDIA TV ) and to build up their interest what better than ATLAS .

    THANKS & REGARDS

  4. i didnt

  5. Definitely yes, in the primary school where I work - our children have councils set up for recycling, organic plant growing, weather studies and the effects of the way we live on our planet.

It's best to start them young and they enjoy the responsibility of it.

  6. Yes, I teach preschoolers at the local school and even I will be teaching them about the environment.  Climate change, probably not, I will be happy if they learn what climate is, LOL.  I believe in the older grades it is written into their curriculum.

  7. Very much so, and this continues through till gcse level whan alot of the curriculum in geography and the sciences is based on environmental concerns

  8. I'm certain they get it stuffed down their throats at every opportunity these days, all this green propaganda. Unfortunately they end up believing it.

The one thing they won't be hearing about is the Elephant in the Room: the fact that the human population is too large and is growing too fast and they, the kiddies, are part of the problem.
