Do pro-choice people really no what they are talking about?

It seems like most of the people who are pro-choice are just vaguely following the crowd and don't really think about what they are saying. They just spew the "my body my choice" propoganda that the liberal activists have drummed into them

what do you make of this account by a nurse who used to be pro-choice

"I stood at the doctor's side and watched him perform a partial-birth abortion on a woman who was six months pregnant. The baby's heartbeat was clearly visible on the ultrasound screen. The doctor delivered the baby's body and arms, everything but his little head. The baby's body was moving. His little fingers were clasping together. He was kicking his feet. The doctor took a pair of scissors and inserted them into the back of the baby's head, and the baby's arms jerked out in a flinch, a startle reaction, like a baby does when he thinks that he might fall. Then the doctor opened the scissors up. Then he stuck the high-powered suction tube into the hole and sucked the baby's brains out. Now the baby was completely limp. I never went back to the clinic. But I am still haunted by the face of that little boy. It was the most perfect, angelic face I have ever seen."

Lies, newborn babies are ugly, theres no way a 6 month old would be angelic. I agree with what you said but, youre just spreading propaganda.

P.S. I think only rape victims should be able to have abortions, no mother or family can accept a rape baby 100%, if it was put into a foster home, lts life would be ruined. Maybe adoption ...

that baby was alive. there should be a law about not after your first three months. i think people should be punished as harshly as people that kill their already born babies. it's their body to an extent- if it's out of them and is moving/close to breathing it's no longer part of their body

I'm personally pro-life. I couldn't dream of purposely killing a being that is living and feeding off of me. It'd degrading to humanity to think that we do this. There was an article FIFTY years ago with a picture of a 3 month old "fetus" in the hands of a doctor. The fetus had finy hands and fingers. HE was a being that shouldn't have lost his life to the one who he first loved and the one who was carrying him. It's disgusting to me.

One of the reasons I'm pro-life is because I know SO many women who want a baby so badly but can't conceive. It's women who willingly give up their children to a doctor's knife that they ultimately hate. If you're pregnant and don't want that child being an "abusive" household or you KNOW you can't take care of him/her, then give it up for adoption. You could provide a life to a couple or a single parent who really wants to raise him/her in a good and healthy environment.

Another reason is because it's ultimately young little naive b*tches who get rid of the babies when they should have left their legs closed to begin with. If you're not ready to take on the responsiblity or consequences of s*x, then don't do it and leave em' closed. d**n. It's not that difficult.

So that's my opinion and I know exactly where you got that quote from. I know alot of people will go on here and be extremely rude or they'll try to press the liberal propaganda on this issue but honestly, if they really look at the situation, they'll agree.

It is sad for both sides.  Many people in difficult situations will get abortions regardless, it's better that it is in a hospital than a back alley.  I am not for either side, but I can surely say if you want your opinion to be respected you shouldn't generalize pro-choicers as a mass of stupid people.  Pro-lifers aren't stupid (or disgusting) they just have a different opinion. Also, grammar is a useful tool.  It's "know", not "no".  Be prepared in the future to hold a more powerful argument- "ur disgusting" is weak and ill-thought.  Where are facts? This story, true or not is powerful, but not all abortions are such.

You should have saved that baby, so it could have been raised in an abusive household, constantly being reminded that it was an accident.

Many pro-choice people do know what they are talking about and it comes from experience.
