Do probation officers in Florida know if you received a written arrest the next time you visit them?

i got pulled over with a friend who picked me up from work and we were stopped the officer wanted to search the car and found some marijuana and charged the both of us with possession. im on felony probation for intent to sell

  1. You are going to jail! Why you didn't go at the time of the stop is beyond me. Part of felony parole/probation is 0 L/E contact!

If the Officer ran your criminal record and found out your were on probation, your PO may more than likely know.  As a PO, I would rather hear it from my clients then to find out some other way.  If you go see your PO and lie or neglect to tell them you had been arrested, then your consequence may be more severe when they do find out.  Of course, the fact that you even let yourself get into that situation is another story.  There is a reason they call it Dope!

  3. They may not know the next time you visit, but the paperwork will eventually catch up with you and your parole can be cancelled.  

  4. yes they will no if not the next time but really quick.. and if the officer wants they will have you picked up  

  5. The paperwork may come through before your next visit. They may come and pick you up
