Do professional poker players have 6 sence?

How do they make awesome lay down?.I saw one pro on tv made an awesome lay down even though he had the best hand on flop.The other guy catch his card on the turn.He knew ahead of time the other guy will catch his card so he folded on flop.

Pro poker players play for a living so they play so much I do beleive they develop a sence for finding out peoples tells easily that dont play as much as them.So i would consider it a sixth sence that they can read people so well.

I don't personally think there's such a thing as a "sixth sense," especially in poker. In addition, television tends to highlight the "amazing" wagers players make and sometimes withhold the poor plays they make.

However, there are general behaviors that will help you out. First, don't drink when you play. It will impair your judgment and you'll act stupidly. Although, it doens't hurt if others think that you're drinking (seltzer water with lime).

Second, push out others before the flop. In Texas hold-em, for example, your first two cards can give you a significant advantage. If you are dealt a high pair, bet high to discourage others from trying their "luck" on the flop. Push them out to get the ante.

Finally, videotape yourself or play with friends so they'll inform you of your "tells," or signals you give others when you have poor or good hands. Keep your mouth shut at the table and avoid tells.
