Question:

Do public school uniforms violate the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms?

A friend of mine told me that she had read that there was a legal case where it was found that enforcing a uniform in a public school was unconstitutional. I can't find supporting documents for this so I was wondering if perhaps she is misinformed.

  2. yes she is. she probably stating her opinion. then again it depends on your school if its a Catholic or christian or any religious school then it cant be but if its a regular school it can and cant it depends if its a school policy ir if your principle just wants everyone to wear uniforms
