Do "Robo" Hamsters stay the Same size as when they were born?

No they don't. When they are born, they are hardly 2 cms in length but can grow upto 2 inches by the time they reach adulthood.

Um, no.

They stay very small but they don't stop growing until they hit about four-six months

So of course they grow after birth.
